Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pick-up point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
